Due to the cloud only nature of Office 365 email, we recommend adding a backup product to protect mailboxes and shared content.
Backups can include:
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Calendars
- Contacts
Backup Location
This is a "cloud" based system. However in our case we specify that the data is stored in multiple locations in Australia (and nowhere else).
Google Apps / G Suite
This system is also available to backup G Suite.
